Yes. We provide your family with a detailed itinerary and a 24/7 emergency contact, so everyone stays connected and you can travel with complete peace of mind.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes — I strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, cancellations, and personal belongings. It should be purchased as soon as you make you pay a deposit as it will cover you from the date of purchase.

Do I need a visa for my destination?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. I recommend checking SmartTraveller.gov.au for the most up-to-date visa and entry requirements.

Do I need vaccinations or health precautions?

Some destinations may require vaccinations. Please consult your GP or travel clinic at least 12 weeks before travel and refer to SmartTraveller.gov.au for health advice for each destination. Also get a letter from your doctor for any prescription medications.

What payment method should I use when travelling?

It’s a good idea to bring a mix of options. I recommend: A travel-friendly debit or credit card (check if your bank charges international fees). A WISE card or similar for easy currency conversion and ATM withdrawals. A small amount of local currency in cash for places that don’t accept cards.

How should I manage money while abroad?

Use ATMs attached to major banks for the best exchange rates. Avoid airport exchange counters as they often offer a poor rate. Always notify your bank of international travel to prevent card blocks while travelling.

What should I do about my phone and internet access?

If your phone is unlocked, you can buy a local SIM card upon arrival at the airport for affordable data and call rates. Alternatively, consider an eSIM or an international roaming plan with your current provider.

Can you help with restaurant/activity recommendations?

Yes — if you’ve booked the itinerary planning service and booked through me, I’ll include tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and must-see attractions based on your interests.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage allowances vary dramatically depending on what you have booked. Your international flight may have one limit, while your tour, domestic flights, or transfers may be different (and often stricter) limits. Always refer to your travel documents for specific weight and size restrictions.
